Responsibilities:

Department heads should be the project admin to all L10 and manager 1:1 projects. Each of these projects should live in their respective department team.

Department managers are responsible for assigning and tracking tasks in their assigned department projects. This includes:

  • Adding to-do’s from L10s and manager meetings
  • Adding all manager 1:1s and department meeting tasks
  • Updating the due date of everyone’s task if a meeting is cancelled or rescheduled

This ensures Asana reflects accurate capacities across departments.

Project Structure

Each project has two main sections:

  1. Action Items
    1. Rock assignments
    2. Department to-do’s
    3. Certifications
  2. Meetings
    1. Manager 1:1s
    2. L10s
    3. Interviews
    4. HubSpot Calls
