What we've got, and how to use it.
PMax Image Crop
Auto-crops a batch of photos into the three Performance Max ratios and drops them into Figma as movable layers. You review, refine and export from there.
What you need
- A Figma link to the page where you want the PMax images. In Figma, click Share, then Copy link.
- Your photos, saved together in one folder.
Update your Figma Connector settings to “Always Allow” for specific permissions:
- Open Customize in Claude.
- Go to Connectors.
- Select Figma.
- Scroll down to the permissions section.
- Set the options you want to Always Allow so you don't have to approve them each time.
Getting started in Claude
- Open Claude in Cowork.
-
Attach the photo folder and use this prompt:
Crop these photos for PMax and drop them into this Figma file: [link] - Hit send. Claude runs the pmax-image-crop skill automatically, confirms it can access the Figma file, then builds the layers.
What you get
- Landscape (1.91:1): 1200 x 628
- Square (1:1): 1200 x 1200
- Portrait (4:5): 960 x 1200
Each frame holds the full photo, scaled to fill and centered on the detected subject (a face or focal point). It's a real, draggable layer, not a flattened crop.
Before you export
Not every crop will be perfect, especially with people in the shot. Drag or resize the image inside its frame to adjust.
When everything looks good, select all the frames and export as JPG. Frames are named like PMax/Landscape/iStock-1070961248-1200x628. The slashes tell Figma to sort the exports into folders by ratio, and each file keeps its original name plus its pixel size. No extra renaming needed:

Social Calendar Autofill
Adds HubSpot social image and carousel links to the right dates in the social calendar spreadsheet.
Before you start
Social files need to be saved and named correctly in HubSpot so the tool can match them. See How to Save Images in HubSpot.
Steps
- In HubSpot, open the client's month folder (Social Media Images > [Year] > [Month]) and copy its link.
- Open the social calendar spreadsheet with the post copy, then open the Claude in Chrome extension.
-
Give it this prompt:
Copy the file links from [insert HubSpot folder link] and add them to the PHOTO URL column of this spreadsheet. Match each HubSpot file to the correct row using the date in the file name and the date in Column B. File names use either Month.Day.Year (e.g., 11.3.26) or Year.Month.Day (e.g., 26.11.3). Use the HubSpot folder's month and year to tell which format a file uses. Files may be images or PDFs (carousels), so treat them the same way. If more than one row has the same date, add the same link to each of those rows. Tell me about any files or rows that don't have a match. - Spot-check a few rows to make sure each link landed on the right date.
